My memories of her...
Her love for her family, here and in the USA
Her passion for tennis; squash was her 'other' sport
Thanksgiving dinner, and her concern that no one liked the fruit salad, 'cos we didn't have it with the turkey!!
She was so 'nice' and always saw the good in people (a very bad influence on us cynical Aussies!)
Her belief sustained her all the time I knew her, and I hope until her death.
Distance and life loosened our link, but I will always remember her. A truly remarkable woman who rose to the challenges she encountered!!

Kathi was just a wonderful person. I will remember her smile forever. A zest for life and always fun to be with. She was taken way too soon from her family and friends. I will never be forget how lucky I was to know her.

Kathi, you were an inspiration to me in parenting a child with Down Syndrome. I always came away from a chat with you feeling lifted up and inspired about my journey ahead. Your laughter, happiness and enthusiasm was infectious and you were a beautiful gentle soul. I am sad we could not have known each other for longer but will always remember what you gave to me and will endeavour to pass that same support and enthisiasm onto other parents.
